Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling apply to products and services from Chanell Helps, operated by Johnson Legacy Group LLC. When you buy from us or enroll in a program, you agree to these terms. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. General statement

All payments are made in full at the time of purchase. Digital products are final. Service-based offers follow the per-service rules below. We do not guarantee specific credit, tax, or financial results. Refunds are tied to the terms here, not to your results.

2. Digital products: ebooks and guides

All sales of digital products are final. You get instant access, so we do not offer refunds once your purchase is complete. This applies to every ebook and downloadable guide.

3. Deduction Discovery Sprint

The Sprint comes with a money-back guarantee.

Upon completion of the full Sprint, send the documents we ask for, and if we do not find the savings or strategies promised, request your money back within 5 days of your session for a full refund. The guarantee only applies if you provide what we request.

4. Paid tax assessment

The tax assessment is a professional service. Once we begin reviewing your documents or deliver your assessment, the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before we begin the work, you may request a refund minus a 5% percent processing fee.

5. Tax planning

Tax planning is custom professional work. Once planning begins, the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before we start, you may request a refund minus a 5% percent processing fee. For engagements done in phases, fees for completed phases are not refundable.

6. Strategy and Build VIP Day

Your VIP Day reserves a full block of dedicated time, so this offer has the strictest terms.

  • Rescheduling: you may reschedule once with at least a 3 days notice, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation more than 3 days before your scheduled day: refund minus a 5% percent planning and processing fee.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of your scheduled day, or a no-show: non-refundable, because the time was held for you.
  • In-person VIP Days: any travel, venue, or booking costs already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • Any application or deposit fee is non-refundable.

7. Six-month credit coaching

  • Rescheduling: give as much notice as you can. Less than 24 hours notice is a late cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
  • Refunds: you may request a refund on unused, unstarted portions of the program. 85% percent refund within 45 days if you have not started, then 50% percent on unused sessions within the first 6 months. After that, refunds are no longer available.
  • The credit restoration platform is a separate company with its own fee. We cannot refund the platform fee. Contact the platform directly for their policy.

8. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name.
  • The email you used to purchase.
  • Your order or invoice number.
  • The product or service.
  • The reason for your request.

We respond within 5 to 7 business days. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We review each request against this policy.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card company. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of this policy. It may result in loss of access to your programs and denial of future services. We would rather solve it with you directly.

10. Events outside our control

If something outside our control happens, such as a natural disaster, illness, or a system outage, we may reschedule your service or move it to a virtual format. Refunds apply only if the service is fully discontinued with no reasonable alternative.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the update.
